Met 3 Parking Garage

Located within the $1 billion dollar Metropolitan Miami project, the Met 3 Parking Garage is the podium of the entire Met 3 project which consists of a 48,000 square foot Whole Foods Market and a 33 story residential tower that will house 462 rental units. The structure has been heralded for its innovative way of melding into the urban landscape in a visually appealing manner. Completed in early 2015, the Met 3 Parking Garage has 12 floors and over 2000 parking spaces. Adjacent to the Whole Foods Market, there is dedicated parking for the grocery store with its own underground parking area that consists of 144 spaces and a dedicated entrance and exit. Adding color and flavor to downtown, the walls of the parking area are decorated by several murals painted by local Miami graffiti artists.
