Metropolitan Miami

Met 1
Met 1 was the first tower completed in the Metropolitan Miami project. A condominium project overlooking Biscayne Bay, Met One has 40 stories and 447 condos including 80 lofts at the podium level. The first and second floors of Met One contain over 30,500 square feet of retail and restaurant space.

Met 2 - JW Marriott Marquis Miami, Hotel Beaux Arts Miami, db Bistro Moderne and Wells Fargo Tower
Met 2 was the second phase of the Metropolitan Miami project completed. It contains the Wells Fargo office tower and the luxury hotels, JW Marriott Marquis Miami and Hotel Beaux Arts Miami. The JW Marriott Marquis Miami contains 313 guest rooms; 80,000 square feet of meeting space; a state-of-the-art entertainment complex with an NBA-approved basketball court and virtual bowling alley. Inside the same skyscraper, Hotel Beaux Arts is a private, urban retreat providing guests with services such as private check-in and personal escort to one of the 44 ultra contemporary and lavishly appointed guest rooms. Each room boasts Bang & Olufsen home theatre systems in the rooms. Met 2 also contains the 47-story Wells Fargo office tower. This Class A office tower contains over 750,000 square feet of space and 10,000 square feet of retail space. The parking garage that services both the hotel tower and the Wells Fargo office tower contains over 1400 parking spaces. The tower was built LEED gold certified and was the recipient of the 2011 Urban Land Institute Vision Award.

Met 3 - Whole Foods Market, Monarc at Met 3 by Zom USA
Located to the North of the Met Two phase of Metropolitan Miami, Met 3 contains a 36,000 square foot Whole Foods Market and a 32 story luxury rental tower called Monarc at Met 3. The development, is located at the northeast corner of SE 2nd Avenue and SE 3rd Street in downtown Miami. The building is 32 stories atop a ground-floor Whole Foods grocery store, a self-parking parking lot with several hundred spaces and includes 462 luxury apartments that will range in size from 680 to 1,450 square feet. The interior amenities package at the Monarc includes an open lounge area, a club-quality fitness center, spa with treatment rooms, and a screening room with theater quality sound. Outside, residents have access to a landscaped deck that surrounds a resort-style pool, as well as a yoga lawn, bocce ball court, outdoor grill and kitchen and two outdoor bars.

Met Square
Met Square is the final phase in the Metropolitan Miami project. This innovative, urban center includes an 80,000 square foot Silverspot Cinema at levels 3 and 4 and 40,000 square feet of luxury retail and dining destinations at the ground and second levels. The project also contains a 34-story tower, Muse by Zom USA, with 188 luxury apartments and a museum paying tribute to the Native American Tequesta tribe and Miami's first hotel, The Royal Palm Hotel built by Henry Flagler.
