Sabadell Financial Center

The Sabadell Financial Center is a 31 story class A office building in Brickell. It was built at the same time as the JW Marriott Miami hotel and completed in 2000. The office tower has over 525, 000 square feet of office space and 30,000 square feet of retail space. Connected to the Sabadell Financial Center, is JW Marriott Miami hotel. The hotel was opened in 2000 and was the first luxury hotel to open in the heart of the Brickell financial district.

MDM managed this 14 story building, class A office building on Brickell Avenue for several years. This office building has over 188,000 square feet of space.
